Murmillo’s Cassis Crista can dodge magic and missile attacks. Pain Barrier has 70% chance to resist status ailments as well which makes Sword3 good in PVP.

a good pvp oriented build is sw3rodel3shino1murmi1 which is very durable and hard to kill another strong pvp swordsman is sw3cata3cors1lancer1 which relies on movement speed to dodge skills and hits hard but can also die fast.

I think it’s a standard to go Sw3 just to max out pain barrier for pvp.
It sucks to commit to it for the one skill, but you need the pain barrier buff to keep yourself running.

I hope you are willing to have the silver and gear commitment for your swordie to do pvp because this game is Tree of Clerics still…

Sure choice is

  • Peltas for C block and guardian plus eva atrribute
  • Rodel for silthering
  • Murmillo for cassis strata

and others are not exactly quite right but as you know

  • swordsman for pain barrier anti knockdown , knockback and permanent in C3
  • Cata for trot lighting speed and 100% uptime in C3

I see a lot of Corsair Murmillo too. Corsair has Iron Hook, a very strong CC.

Makes landing rodel murmilo skills a lot easier too, specially in high ping
