Good morning, I would suggest an improvement in the function “block”. After using this function all created characters and to be created in the account would remain blocked. The large amount of spam in chat is harming the good gameplay in TOS. Thank you
Imho we need a self-cleansing chat. Like, if someone is reported for spam (we need this option badly) 20 times in a short period of time, the person gets “banned” for a set amount of minutes. 3 times in a row and this chat ban is permanent for shout. Or something along those lines
Would be nice if blocked persons spam was also removed from both the chat window and the top of the screen because bots just spam walls of text and it stays there for ten or more minutes.
edit: would also be nice if Block list was minimized by default, those are people you care about the least, even less than Send Friend Request or Block buttons.
