if they NEVER GET BANNED then they probably aren’t bots.

They dont ban casual gamers which also bot to play in afk time.
I think all gamers start botting, since IMC doesnt ban anyway.

This is a difficult matter.
Blizzard has the ressources to detect cheating. They can run a program and check your logs to see if you used any third party program and they can even detect if a person from another country hijacked your account. That’s why now, gold sellers doesn’t use bots with Blizzard but real people instead.
I don’t know if IMC has those kind of ressources to detect in grand scale cheating or bots. For now it’s based of number of reports mainly. So if you’re just 5 people reporting bots on maps… I feel your pain. Yes, IMC has to find something.
Also, botters can pretend they were falsy reported here on Tree on savior wich I doubt for 90% of them. I mean if they had enough reports to be banned, they must have done something wrong like afk in dungeons or pet farming if they were not bots. And I think those behavior should not be tolerated by IMC. Unfortunaly, for now, IMC doesn’t consider this type of behavior to be (temporaly) bannable.
Yes, let’s ignore the thousands of bots that have already been banned and instead whine about another company banning a thousand bots in a game which has a population that is a thousand times larger than tree of saviors.

but at the same time, come on people… we need more than just your say-so as evidence that it’s a duck. meaning bot. or duck-bot.
a single still image, or a 20 second video of you following them, just doesn’t prove anything. maybe you were harassing them all to hell or whatever 2 minutes ago and they’ve blocked you.
heck, one “intellectual prize winner” first -blocked- their suspected bot in the video… and then pm’d the player to continue asking them if they were a bot. how the hell is anyone going to be able to reply after you’ve blocked them? (and why bother blocking a field bot anyway… they aren’t spamming.)
