Blinking Exploit [POSSIBLY HACK]

I was walking in the Steele Road then i saw 2 barbarians blinking in front of me attacking many targets even out of range.
Probably Scripters…
I want to share a sneak peek of the two players doing the Stuff.

I’ve seen this too. Assumed it was lag and didn’t think twice but that looks deliberate.
