Bug Description :
When i tried to log in my game turns into a blank screen and shut down.
i already deleted all addons, deleted the game and download again, Check integrity … nothing working
Steps to reproduce the issue :
Your system specs would help too but for now try installing DX10 that come with the game.
It is on this folder: Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\patch\DirectX10

What? Just run DXSetup.exe and it should do the rest, also, if you have any addon, specially chat ones it may be the cause. Not sure in case you are using addons, you are using addon manager, that thing do the work for you in installing/updating and uninstalling the addons.
Also, add the game folder in the AV exception list.
Fixed, deleted the game folder and download again.
