Bug Description : Tried to open marketplace normally.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Closing the “Import Options” window does not change anything on the marketplace window.

Have any old addons? That might do it–even if you reinstalled clean the folders aren’t necessarily deleted.

Deleted both the Addon-manager and all related add-on folders, still the same result unfortunately. Didn’t find the add-on manager application in my uninstall programs window. Thank you for your suggestion regardless.

Addons are not stored in the addon folder. They’re stored in the data folder. Uninstalling the game does not remove them, you must delete them manually or delete the entire data folder and redownload the game.

This looks like an addon problem.
