It was in that area, I think before Tennet Garden, you go to after finishing the crystal mines. I forget the name…
The area just didn’t load correctly and it showed a black void of nothingness. I think it was during a cutscene where the boss shows up.

You don’t provide accurate info on your system, GPU, Internet Connection, Hard Drive and report it as a bug, as far as i can tell, it could be pretty much your GPU not handling the game, same for your CPU, 1.9GHz Pentium what? Pentium D? i3? Xeon? Dell Inspiron laptop have a huge range of setups for a long time, how old is that Laptop of yours?
