Got 5 hearts in less than 15 minutes when tried last saturday.
The drop system has changed significantly, so IMC may have adjusted some drop rates.
If I am not mistaken, they were RNG before, too.
I managed to get 2 in a row or really close to each other, more than once before this change.

It was a way easier for me. Got 12 (and two gems) in 30 min or less
Crafted a new Agny for my alt last night and it only took me 20mins to get all 5.
There are two (2) locations to find Black Drakes. Even back then, their drop rates differed. Maybe check with the other people here as to where they farmed theirs so quickly.
