Is skull smasher BiS weapon on necro or horn staff now that pet damage scales with matk on weapon? Currently only have a windia rod for now.
Summons/minions scale with SPR and weap dmg, so anything that have both in high quantity is a BiS weapon for summon-type builds.
Regarn horn staff is probably waaaay better
Skull smasher + spr offhand could be use for summon as I understand you can keep the spr value On summon and then switch for a better Matk weapon.
But if you got to choose between those 2, go for horn staff.
33 Spr+ Offhand spr. Isn’t worth 400 Base Weapon Matk.
