Spear Throw: Bind
What it dows ?
Is it some tipy of stun , or somethink like the link from linker
its not a stun but the enemy cannot walk anymore
you “bind” target on the ground so they cannot move for 7 seconds
useful for pvp if you manage to hit one (has large aoe but animation is quite slow)
