Still not working. Now the whole quest disappeared. No big star and no mobs with light balls. I parked in front of the Big Star location for over an hour and… nothing.
it is a hidden quest/level, and do more research on forum or google
And I suppose you know the confirmation that this quest is working is the presense of the big star on the map, right?
And I suppose you know that if the big star is not appearing on the map for more than an hour, it’s not working as intended, right?
And I suppose you know this quest was bugged for weeks, right?
And I suppose you know that in the last patch, they tried to fix it, right?
May I suggest you more research on forum or google? 
I did it yesterday though. I did saw someone afked in front of big star the whole time while we are doing it.
