Thanks for though that can help me or can point me into the right place to head. I just won two beta keys and both of them have been used i have both keys written down and tried to update steam with both keys but no good both keys are in use. should i report them or just give up on this whole thing and trying to get into beta? sorry if this has been posted no trying to re-post or cry about a game in beta.

You should contact staff, don’t lose your hope just yet
Contact the staff, for this problem it either comes from Steam that generated some beta keys with the same code, or from ToS who maybe had some fail in their mailing of beta keys for the second round ^^
Just to check on how you post this “you won” did you join a competition or did you get the keys from some place else…
You know what I lost nothing for nothing I’ll e-mail the staff but really like i said before the game is in cbt so its no biggie for me just sucks that I stayed glue to my damn pc trying to get a key for me.
Steam guy had us pick a number from 1-100 in chat and the other guy gifted to me because he had a extra but just left to go to work so i don’t feel bad about this one its the steam guy that pissed me off.
Like the others said,no harm in emailing staff.
