as much i can tell, the game is doing kinda well, way smoother than ever, lack some attention on pvp scenario(its a glass cannon festival), letting aside the guiltine raid, its alive i guess?

but no, the game is not ending, its more of a welcoming package for both veteran and new players
The Standby Package is around 200m-250m if you calculate the value.
The Singu Token + Voucher Package is about 60m-80m per.
If you have the resources I suggest you buy everything.
