what is the best SP pots for triggering chapparition card ?
is any other SP pot with cd lower than 15sec ?

There is no such thing, SP pots made by Alchemists are 30 secs CD, there is no lower.
You already can get 80% matt. from it in one use every 30 secs.
I like to use Keistas Recovery Potion. You can get LOTS by doing uphil and they do NOT share cooldown with normal SP pots 30 seconds cd aswell.
So you can use a normal SP + Keista Recovery for 8 seconds of boosted Magic Att

I mean, some stuff other than SP pot can trigger it too.
If you alchemist, varnalesa from alchemist shop which has 15s cd can trigger it.

There is some consumable that has 10sec cd or less, can’t really remember what is it, not sure tho if it can trigger or not.
