What is the best PVE wiz support atm? Any build?

What are the big differences between the first one and the second one?
cryo3 = full crowd control with no increase in your parties mob clearing speed. you keep your party mates alive
pyro1>linker = allowing your party mates to clear faster but no CC option except stop and sleep. you help your party stay alive by clearing faster.
i would recommend cryo>chrono because at ET higher floors cryo is extremely useful compared to linker.
I think I am going for Cryo3. I like CC.
Do you know any guide (build and stats)… I only can find old post here.
