-Heals
-Buffs
-Resurrection
-Strong melee auto attack and decent overall dps for an SPR (non INT) build
-Bloodletting, Beak Mask and Fumigate for anti-se
-Heal, Mass Heal, Revive, Healing Factor and full SPR will make hp and sp potions irrelevant. (Just watch out for elite type monsters that can randomly drain your sp.)
cons:
-Requires constant casting of buffs like Blessing, Aspergillum, Sacrament and Last Rites every minute to maintain dps. (Upcoming updates will increase Blessing duration to 300 seconds.)

Its also overplayed and its been around forever. There is a reason for that though, this is the best overall DPS.

That is the best of the best out there
Pd is the top since it can also be really godlike in all aspects even in pvp. Elelock and doppel 3 lacks in the pvp department though they have higher damage than pd2 in every scenario in pve.

chaplain suck at dps and fall off very hard
best all rounder is SR3 , but you need invest crossbow + pistol with high transcend and limacon is the strongest auto attack
Yes I just reset my pardoner into this same build. Chap > plage > Inquis with All SPR and it rocks! I can’t stop playing this char now. Unlimited SP with decent fast damage and Unlimited HP!
By far doppel. You can do et and wb which the only thing that matters atm.
Basically as long as you have falc. You’re futureproof
