as topic says, I plan to go 3 int 1 con for a while for stats, but what classes to get in what order? I was thinking, cleric->priest->kirvis->cleric->priest->priest->??? reason for priest before Kirvis is because I have 3 headgear items I can xfer over that add about 100 phys attack,so I’d mostly be auto attacking with bless and sacriment up to kill things. Then at 75 I’d put a arde dagger in my offhand for soloing which will speed it up more. By then I’;d have kirvis, and prob starting the 2nd cleric circle (mostly for more heal squares thats about it) but is this the best order? or is there a more efficent one I could do? I’d skil kirvis entirely but that buff that allows more buffs to be on peple sounds too useful to pass up, not to mention zaibas hits like a truck even at level 5.
Usually if you want to get Priest C3 it is recommended to take Chaplain since it boosts your dmg from your Priest buffs quite nicely.
However, that means that you’ll only have 1 room for a class since the rest is almost mandatory, the build path is like this:
Cleric C1 > Priest C3 > Chaplain > Cleric C2/Krivis C1 > Plague Doctor
That’s the typical build order for people who wants to take Priest C3, most of the time it’s useful to take Chaplain, as well as Plague Doctor as your Rank 7 class, however that’s up to you what do you want to do with your character, but that’s the most optimal build for it.
So you’ve to decide between Cleric C2 and Krivis C1, basically Krivis gives you overall more slots for buff and less worry about overwriting your party member’s buffs (Priest alone can hit the buff limit with all of the buffs they can offer to their allies), so it’s a nice add, also increases your dmg pretty nice and adds a debuff with Zalciai which can be used for Incineration from Plague Doctor, however Healing/Survability wise it lacks more than Cleric C2 because you have less heal tiles and you miss the Safety Zone attribute which is a really nice add (20 more blocks for Safety Zone).
So in short is Krivis for more dmg/buff slots/buff (hp regen with Aukuras, not much but still something) and debuff from Zalciai, while Cleric C2 is so you can have more Heal Tiles, the attribute for Safety Zone, Divine Might which can be somewhat useful.
As for the stats, a nice stat distribution is (specially if you get Krivis) 4:2:1 INT:SPR:CON, that way you’ll have a good dmg for INT based abilities such as Zaibas, also higher healing with Heal and Mass Heal which is really nice, SPR is because your buffs scales with SPR (Stone Skin, Aspersion, Zalciai) and it also increases Mass Heal, since it scaled from INT and SPR, and CON basically because it is needed so you aren’t that squishy, recommended is having 100 CON at least, up to you if you want less or more.
As for build options, here is DPS and Support ones I created on the simulator:
DPS:
Support:
Both of them can work with the 4:2:1 INT:SPR:CON ratio, or 4:2:1 SPR:INT:CON for the Support one if you want to have better buffs.
Looking at the support one there is a few things i’d do diffrently. For one, there is really no point to ressurection above lv 1… why? I could just cast heal once they are revived. I was thinking of… hmm yeah getting maybe cleric, the priest 2, then cleric 2 might be best that way I could use the buffs from priest to help myself solo a bit if needed. But then there is the stupid buff limit, i don’t know who thought that was a good idea in the first place.
It’s because of the invulnerability that it brings which makes it good to have quite a few points into it.
But yeah, the point distribution is up to your preference, I just gave you an idea
Yeah I really hate that Skill krivis has that increases buffs people can have, it really screws my build because I’ll probally need it early. then again only buffs i’d really use is blessing+sacriment at first. so maybe i can get kirvis later. That and wasting a class rank for one skill that I need kinda irks me hardcore.
You could also get Daino scrolls from a Pardoner though, that way you don’t need to waste a rank on Krivis
yeah but the cost of those would be insane for how short the buff is. unless pardoner scrolls late longer?
As far as I know it doesn’t increase it, it’s the same duration (200 secs).
Guess i’ll get krivis sometime after c2 and priest 3 then. I kinda want that holy and +dmg buff for solo purposes lol. If i had a partner i’d go cleric->priest->Krvis->priest->cleric->priest. Like I know what classes I want what I am having issues with is what order to get them in, like how soon do i need krvis’s +buff amount buff? orignally i planned to wait till after c2 and priest 2 at least. Which means i’d go cleric->priest->priest 2->cleric2->Krivis->priest 3->whatever would that be doable?
Yeah, you don’t really need Daino early on, it’s pretty much to make the grinding easy, but since you’re taking priest first you won’t have that much trouble.
You could even go Cleric C1 > Priest C3 > Cleric C2 > Krivis C1 > Whatever
Or sneak Cleric C2 in between Priest Circles, it doesn’t matter, you don’t need Daino for that early into the game, it’s more for end game where you need to have all of those buffs
yeah I was gonna deal with 5 heal squares till circle 4 so I can get sacriment and blessing earlier, to help with solo and partying. I’ll just cast heals early. So my cd on them will prob be ready halfway thru a mob pile.
I also will have an arde dagger by the time my cleric hits 75, and cuz of sacriment I get the fire attirbute damage twice. So I should be able to wreck stuff with auto attacks even without any str.

[/quote]Not even an extra point for the attribute?
An Arde dagger as early as 75? How nice~
