I kinda of want to level a moneymaking class, but leveling any of them seems daunting.
I don’t care -at all- about how “group friendly” the build is, I just want to level as quickly as humanly possible and afk set up shop.
The only one that I’m a little wary of is Squire, because there seems to be no need for it for levelers (the npc repair is more cost efficient) and in the high level dungeons/town there is always 2-3 of them, so I think it’s between Alch and Pardoner. Unless somehow all of those squires are actually making money.
Squires are cheaper than NPC repair on high level gear. Noob gear you use NPC.
I’m in the same boat. My main is a chaplain who will not be taking krivis, so need a level 5 dyno maker. So the goal is level 125 and call it done. I figure ill go full str with some dex/con for a melee based cleric (easier for leveling than Int). Cleric 2, priest 1 (self cast blessing rest from shops), krivis 1 and pardoner.
Just need to reach 100, then I can just mission run leisurely to 125, possibly done at 130 for 5 skill points for pardoner. This mule can also do 90/130 dung rushes, so its not a totally useless dyno slave.
Squires make a lot as long as you are a C3 Squire, I don’t even touch NPC repairs anymore and I always go to that same person for repairs. a C3 squire that could make my rapier durability at 5X/23 and my whole other armor set for only 13k helps a lot.
Of course you have to be C3 for you to be a popular repairman.
Yeah I know they help high levels, but I just see soooo many of them, do you think they’re still worth it even though there’s like 5x more squires than pardoners?
The thing is most of them are C1 Squires, and some are actually stuck at C2 because they took templar.
C3 Squires currently have very little competition I’ve only seen 3 so far, that may change later but it’s basically the same as every other money making character.
and Squire C3 not being easy means that by default there is less competition, pardoners have it hard that sacrament reaches only 700 sometimes
I currently made 200-300K per day with squireC3 in front of dungeon lv 190 (while I have other SquireC3 next to me undercut my price). My shop cost 300 silver(profit 70 silver/star) while the other cost 200 silver(profit 20 silver/star)
TBH, I’ve tested the price my self. The price of the repair doesn’t have much Impact on the # of repair units u can sell.
1-2 day after server transfer (about 1 month ago, not too much Squire in the server). I made an experiment in front of DG130&145
1st day I try “Repair Lv15 260g”. I’m able to sell about 3-4K unit per day
2nd day I try “Repair Lv15 180g” I’m able to sell about 4-5k unit per day
which one is better? think about it urself. I dunno why Squires keep cutting the price of each other (180s, 175s, 174s, 165s, etc…)
any sorc2 or necro2 build for afk farming. Go party with others players who afk and earn 700k++ in one night. AFK farm the whole day and earn millions.
make a squire, and choose “weapon maintenance” instead of “armor repair”… put that up to lv15, and sit in Klai.
ever since the BR transfer, there’s been no Squires bringing a top of the line weapon buff to the low-level towns.
(guys, it costs us like 1/10th of what you charge to repair our armor at the smith, and for what level of damage the mobs do, the +1~2 defence isn’t going to make any real difference. go back to Fedimian, and bring us a good weapon buff.)
no, he just wants lv5 Simony and lv5 Daino, to make scrolls for himself.
psst, @gtsdart1969 make lots of spares, and put them on AH. this is possibly a really good moneymaker if you can sell them affordably; i’ve lately seen a number of posts complaining that scrolls can’t be found.
Can i make some Silver with selling Skill Scrolls?
I have a Krivis/Paladin C3 lvl.220 with a Simony Gem.
Dont know if anyone needs Barrierscrolls lvl.7 for ET maybe?
PD is meh(FotM) and Kabbalist has only one useful Skill with Attribut Ein Sof.
Going Pardoner R7 sounds ok and waiting for Sheperd.^^
The IMC class can work, just don’t invest any points into the Region Lock skill and don’t allocate too many stat points into Capitalism as it has diminishing returns on the DLC skills.
Well, it’s pretty direct. people will always choose a squire C3 over C1/C2 due to the costs being the same, and we get more durability out of C3 repairs.
But if you solo a hot map, well people will not have a choice.
