Best Melee Auto Attack Crit Class / Build?

I love these types of builds, similar to the battle priest in RO. Is there anything similar?

yeah, swordsman tree, try to experiment here but you will still needs AOE skills for Burst

if ur going Cleric then you will end as monk/paladin but Dex/Crit is not a build for monk (it is STR/DEX/CON) and they are reliant on skills for further bursts
you can also be a Paladin, for dex/crit build with buffs, but still i recommend you plan ur ranks

-really depends on how you play

Cleric -> Krivis -> Sadhu
Sadhu Out Of Body will give 3 hits, but believe not affected by attack speed (may change in the future?)
