so now what is best DPS cleric builds after last stats&balance change?
is c2>diev3>miko>pd2 still best aoe DPS cleric ?
or there is new super intersting best DPS build for cleric?

Best DPS = time&silver sunk into a char.
As long as you have 2-3 Circles of a red icon Class in your build, you are eligible to aim for damage. It’s useless to hunt for meta damagedealer Cleric builds. That’s stupid and still object to rebalancing. What’s in today can be out tomorrow.
Diev/Miko was replaced by Sadhu. PD may be replaced by Taoist or Inquisitor next Rank. Playing what you want and spending time&silver on it to get good gears is the best solution.
Or you can to over to the Swordsman/Archer/Wizard side to build a character 100% focused on dealing damage.

Owls are very weak atm because they only take a small portion of your magic atk and can’t get buffed with blessing nor get bonuses from elemental gears/buffs. You’re also limited to a max of 5 owls at a time.
Diev 3 Miko 1 PD 2 is still the best build to do uphill and a good AoE dps build because of PD2. However, picking something like Sadhu 3 instead of diev will drastically increase your overall dps.
PD2 is surely the best at AoE dps in cleric tree atm. However, as a burst dps it’s not really the best. Inquisitor, Taoist and Cleric 3 have the best boss-burst damage among the classes.
Between Paladin3 or Monk 3 - Inquisitor, Monk3 surely performs better as dps. Paladin has to rely too much on Breaking Wheel and their dps skills are simply worse than Monk’s.
As @ReportofAusterity stated, the best dps is the best geared one. Even if your build isn’t the most dps one, you can still cheese through most pvm content by having a nicely transcended weapon.
In my opinion:
Best AoE dps:
Cleric 2/3 -> Diev 0/1 -> Sadhu3 -> PD2
Best boss burst dps:
Cleric 3 -> Sadhu 3 -> Miko -> Taoist
or
Cleric 2/3 -> Diev 1/2 -> Monk3 -> Inquisitor

diev’s owl got nerfed fixed duration and it’s damage is bad…
miko, they buffed up gohei and ‘fixed’(yes, read that f.i.x.e.d) hamaya to fix 8 sec.
pd 2 still remains strong
now you can see priest 3 with high blessing walking everywhere or int build sadhu.
Heads up on monk 3 and paladin 3 with inquisitor and will have 2 handed mace later. I predict that they will be much stronger than before

OOB is still ■■■■, DPS Sadhus usually use TP for buff and then Possession / ABE.
possession and astral body explosion have high damage and high aoe
transmit prana +damage

this is pvp though, i find PD to be wayyy stronger in PvE because it has AoE while inquisior doesnt really have any other than breaking wheel with a high cd. PD canspam Incin and plague whenever
Not so much about Inquis, now it’s all about sadhu. It’s really broken now in pvp as you can just 1 shot anyone from the other side of the map, they can’t get near you and combo that with druid and you can’t be touched or knocked backed or anything.
