Arde dagger. The added damage works for your main and secondary and skills. Arde always.
If you are Pyro, get Arde you dont need P.Att from it.
If you are Corsair, get Karacha

farm it at the lvl 90 dungeon via cubes
if you buy it, its gonna cost ya an arm and a leg atm
but the later a server goes the more available they will be
dungeon runs are down to 2 though so it might be tougher to get one these days
