Best C3 Wiz C3 Ele Wl stat build out of THESE FOUR?

  3. 4:1 INT/CON
  4. 1:1 INT/CON

Or should CON be higher than INT? I don’t wanna go full CON though…

number 3 gives the most damage, even when comparing con with animus neck. plus if you go a rank later on that scales something off of int rather than magic atk and amp, like sorc summon or necro shoggoth, this will be even better.

I would say 4:1, but more like 2:1 until you get a good amount of hp from stats and gear (12-15k or so, somewhere between 50 and 70 con) then everything into int from there.
