Since the guild master must be Templar so i need to play Templar now.
Anyone can share me some idea about how to build a good templar, and later can change to Shinobi.
And will Templar have rank 2-3? If it have, what is the difference?

Not sure if templar has a circle 2/3.
IMO, the most efficient use of Templar is as a tank, since you need to sacrifice at least 1 rank which hurts your DPS choices. As a tank you are always useful, whether it be guild raiding, earth tower, etc.
So as a templar, I always suggest grabbing at the very least, 1 circle of peltasta. Now I’m only talking about efficiency. It would be better to get 2 circles of Peltasta, while I find 3 circles a little excessive.
Anything beyond that is up to you.
As for Shinobi, I’m not entirely sure what is the best. If you want to make use of your clones, then swordsman c3 is necessary. But imo, it’s a huge gimmick, and you should not do swordsman c3. Instead maximize clone damage with kunai, and focus on better DPS classes like hoplite/doppel.
theres really no info on r8 classes, and on c2-c3 of current r7 classes, so its hard to say.
But as Templar isnt a hidden class it will most likely have c2 and c3
C3 cata leading up to Templar is a pretty popular one though, but if you’re planning to go shinobi at some point it may not be a good option for you

Kinda wrong sub-forum, but how about archer these days, i know they got buff alot, but did they really that good?
they have been toned back down a little bit, still strong though
I guess i will focus on Templar first.
Then decide about 2nd charracter later.
But wait, did a guild master need to be online everytime in Guild wars etc?
If it, i think i can’t play my 2nd charracter.
if i remember correctly, you need to be the Templar to make and advance your guild, but all your charaters in your Team / Family is in the same guild as the guild leader.
but i dont know what you’re limited to, if your non-templar characters can accept or declare war
if anything you can declare / accept a war on templar and then change to your alt
Swordsman C1 > Peltasta C1 > Hoplite C1 > Cataphract C3 > Templar C1
I guess, mobility templar, good in GvG rushing and Field Boss searching.
As taken word from korean expert peltasta C1 is enough to tank, so I guess that’s it.
Swordsman > peltasta c2 > rodelero c2 > fencer > templar
