Bertha Minimum Stat Cap Not Work as Intended

Bug Description :

According to the developer blog, 430 Bertha are suppose to have a stat min/max range of 40-100%:

However, when I was re-rolling stats on my Bertha Leather Pants, I noticed it had a stat of 87 for evasion which is below the 40% threshold. I decided to test it with detailed magnifiers and I went from 32 CON to 23 CON which should not have been possible. Pants have a max stat of 80 for CON, and therefore, should have minimum stat of 32. (80 x 0.4 = 32).

Please fix or explain why this is the case. Did I miss an update or notification for changes? Also, could I have my magnifier back? Thank you.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Buy any 430 Bertha Equipment
  2. Use Sandra Detail Magnifier
  3. Get stats below the minimum threshold

"# Sandra’s Detailed Magnifier

Select an bonus stat of a Random-Stat equipment to change its value. The new random value will apply immediately and cannot reversed."

The stats can down or go up random, and easy with Primus, hardest with Berthas.

And no Rare 430 gears 20-100% probabilty range (edit) to get the max stat vs Unique (red) grade 80-100% that means you can get more easily better stats after reroll or use a magnifier and hardest with rare grade (purple).

Enjoy the Pot Event give you in the shop max amount of 20 detailed magnifiers (red one) and 10 sandra blue.

i also witness someone having the same bug and it happened to a primus instead in klaipeda server.idk whether he complained already or not.
its not “probability” its “range”

  • Rare grade Lv.430 equipment will have option range from 20 to 100%.
  • Unique grade Lv.430 equipment will have option range from 80 to 100%.

A range to get something value is a probability.

“Probabilities expressed as proportions that range from 0 to 1, and they can also be expressed as percentages ranging from 0% to 100%.”

The problem here is that @raphenox was looking into the dev blog, when the annouced that the minimum is 40%, but when the pacth realy come, the minimum is 20%.

Of course isn’t a bug because 40% is contained in 20-100% range of probability.

the % there really implies range not probability/chance.its from 16-80 for main stat on berthas.
the probability is just another RNG that not represented by that %
you translated probability meanwhile the one used in all the patches including the updated one is range,probability may include ranges but range><probability

but the klaipeda one i saw is lv 430 primus weapon purple line having evasion value lower than 590 like 556 or somethin.too bad im not ss it.not that im a white knight to go reported it rightaway hahaha
