This is my 2nd run on the quest thinking the first one was a one time lag or so. I redid the quest again and defeated the Ferret Marauder again but when I start hitting the demonic totem, it still says that I need to defeat the Ferret Marauder again
Follow up on this? Same thing happened to me.
The first time I fought it, it pushed me beyond the very bottom of the map, but I killed it at the same time. I got the drops and silver but the ferret minions killed me, so I had to do it again. (also got stuck past the map. kept pushing up but my character won’t show/walk up)
Second time around (still just as annoying because I kept getting staggered and I’m a swordie) this happens. How to fix? the whole quest line depends on it.
EDIT: abandoning and retaking the qurst seems to have done the trick
