Now i’m curious whether TOS RNG is affected by clock. Some games uses clock to determine RNG.
Like The Division for example, the community found out that if they open a cache(box that grants random item) at the same time, both will get the same item with the exact stats.
Edit: Acquired all 4 around 1:10 AM (Sydney), 11:10 PM(SEA server).
Maybe it’s true if you make a wish at 11:11, it’ll come true
