Beginner's and Veteran's DLC Pack Server Transfer

Hello IMC Support,

I made a ticket about a week ago dated May 24,2016 about a DLC pack server transfer. Could you guys please look up into it. I’m a very patient person but I really need my DLC pack transferred or at least give me an update about the situation. I can’t purchase the SEA server packs as I’m from US so i bought the NA pricing and was planning to get it transferred because I saw the option on customer support ticket for DLC pack transfer but I haven’t got any answers for a week now, any replies would be appreciated.

I created a support ticket on April 27th to move my founders pack DLC transfer and I never got a response for my pack transfer. I know other people who have the same issue but I really think they don’t care about satisfying their players. I haven’t seen a forum post or heard of any responses to support tickets relating to moving DLC packs. I understand that they’re busy trying to improve the conditions for the game but at least post an update or something.

Im issuing a steam refund for the packs.I’ll just buy the TP packs I guess

EDIT: nvm, Steam won’t let me refund even if it’s unredemeed yet ~.~

Same problem here… waiting since 5/5. 3 tickets summited already and no answer
