Just a fun fact… here a current Rank 7 Necro… Breaking around 1-2 per day if lucky… Now… if i remember correctly a whole day of farming orange mats nets you WAAAAY more than AFK Necro…
Macro Locks make way more and possibly be profitable versus actual orange farming…
I know that it may seem that 1-2 million per day per, lets say, 50 ppl (and thats stretching by a LOT… theres 4 channels in dina with 5 good spots and like 7-8 so so spots competing with the good ones)… So back to point, how does 50-100 million controled by 50 ppl hinder the economy???, they create a demand for other things that other players suply… be it potions, cards, gear, etc… so the economy can be stable… think other ways to make that kind of money for attributes for example… basically the current economy gives you a lot of posible ways to get those attributes… and if you brand illegal the necros thats theoretically 50-100 millions down the drain and either all goes to hell due to ppl not buying stuffs hence not flowing the silver, therefore ppl that farmed for orange mats will get mad due to not selling or lowering their prices…
So all in all is a delicate state… and as i said before…
1.- leave the necros as they are…
2.- rework the necros BUT create a money maker map or a reliable way to get silver, or just increase spawn rate and spawn points by 2-3 times current one so the silver output of servers equals…
PS: now i said it more refined 
Edit: the more i think about it, i really like the idea of dynasty TOS type spawn… it solves the necro economy due to making non profitable or very low compared to go choping mob after mob with high kill per minute, hence high silver per minute
