Bee farm full of AFK Farmer

bee farm design for necro afk, its game develop

Let me explain something to you.
Pardoner, squire, alchemist, enchanter - can make afk silver. This is the aspect of the game, it’s legal.
PyroThaumaLinket with Agny - the best non afk silver maker. Can even made more money than some afkmoneymakers. This is the aspect of the game, it’s legal.
Necromancer C3 - can make afk silver. This is the aspect of the game, it’s legal.

At least it’s all legal, people will make these characters for silvermaking. And it’s normal.

Pyrothaumawhocares is an active farming class and has nothing to do with the topic whatsoever. who said anything againts it?

now, tell me again how much money these true afk-moneymaker classes(pardoner, squire, alchemist, enchanter) can make a day exactly? and again who said anything againts their way of making money?

4-5 mil every day, necro is 1-1.5 mil

is that so? then please, write a guide how to make 5m a day will ya?

lol xD

Ye necro do 500k to 1m per day “if full afk + no grim + no oracle + no push by cryomancer icewall + no friend leeching + no random guy leeching + no disconnected” … else it’s much much less ^^

About afk shop they do ridiculous income for a simple reason ?
=> ppl don’t know how to calculate income and sometimes put a price that make lose money (ie gem rosting 6k = 0 income and some ppl put it to 5k lol).

Unless you’r a scammer and set a fake price on title and high price in real, i doubt anyone can make 5-6m a day with any afk shop :o

Even if you got only 500k to 1m it would be unfair for doing nothing. And you do get more per day.

People knows the price very well. But there are taxes + competition. No one uses expensive shops if there are cheaper ones.

Yes they can make silver. But to do that they need to lower their prices or increase their attribute levels. From my experience here in Varena, some pardoner shops sells 500-650 silver for each buff, while some sell a bit higher and some sell in charity with 450-550 silver for a lvl 17 blessing than a 600-950 for a lvl 15/16 blessing. Profit depends on their popularity and buff lvl. Same goes for Squire shops, Alchemist shops and other shop class of the game.

They have capital for buff ingredients, they calculate the cost(s) for every kit/powder and or other materials to repair, buff and enchant items. They estimate how much they will sell it and how much profit would they make. They also have to compete with each other on a limited space and on a limited crowd.

Now on the other hand. Necros, Sorcs and or WL would only need to lvl their skills and or trans or gem their weapon to deal dmg and just leave their characters in one place. There’s no other calculation on their end aside from the expense of gemming a staff and hours in Royal Maus for lvl boost.

Necro isn’t a bad class, and AFK farming isn’t illegal but should be regulated or at least have some restriction(s) on how they handle farming but the shop class are more understandable since they play by the market and compete with others for the profit of 100/200 silver for each buff or kit sold. They also don’t cause huge inflation on the economy, and they also don’t disturb the gameplay of other players aside from their crowded shops in Fed or Klai. These Classes are also not 100% AFK. everytime the shop has ran out of materials, the user will login to that shop character and buy materials which eliminates the term AFK since some shops ran out of materials fast due to low cost services / goods they sell.

Again, AFK farming isn’t bad or illegal. It’s the mechanic that promote this type of gameplay that ruins the rest of the game’s integrity. If by some miracle, the necro WL Sorc classes have been refurbished to at least be non-afk for a long period of time type of farm and would not irritate or disturb the gameplay of the rest of the playerbase that would be good.

Easy way to deal with this is just to turn down the spawn rate on that map.
The high spawn rate compared to almost anywhere else is the only reason they are there in the first place.

Not true. My entire guild spammed reports to “Isabela”, a well known pardoner for selling overpriced buffs and scamming lots of player daily.

There she is still, ch1 klaipeda. She even disguises herself using shop descriptions used by other players.

Alchemist, Pardoner, Squire, Enchanter and future Appraiser shops have 30% taxes.
I’m talking about Alchemist because I have the shop.
And shop at 6.000 you have a little profit, really little profit.
In 1 or month I do 1M silver with my shop.
And why Roasting at 6.000? Because all sell them at 6.000.
Like @LunarRabbit says, it’s about competition. No one will buy from me if I rise the price.
Same thing about Potions in Market.

1M in 1 month. A Necro AFK do this in 1hr.

Shop and Necro AFK are the same thing… Yes… Indeed.

It really depends on your position i think, i asked an alchemist friend, she put gem roasting lvl 7 at 9000 price, near her was a gem roasting same lvl but 6k price. She sold about 15 roasting on the night :o

The best position is next the Storage, when people do Gems.
And guess why she sold everything?
Because who put 6k was sold out.

Tested it and wasn’t the case lol :open_mouth:
To return on the subject, what can be done against dina bee afk (or anywhere else ?) instead of going endless debate we can make suggestions :
- dev team :

  1. make all summons attack what the player attack, it is working this way with summon familiar (bats of sorcerer). I like this solution because, u cant afk anymore right, but it also give more control on your brainless summons ^^
  2. make same system as “summoning skill”, and set a timer 1min so after this time of inactivity summons won’t attack anymore

- admins :

  1. because they don’t have much power, i would say … new rule with announcement on website and ingame : no more afk farming, forbidden in rules, will make 99% of afk necro go away, because i’m sure most of them (myself included) play following the “rules” (and rules are not what ppl find unfair or not, actually afk farm is something unfair and not forbidden). This rule would be hard to maintain, mby that’s why it wasnt done already … but if i’m correct on JToS it is now forbidden to afk farm.
  2. … no idea, grim reaper can be tricked / killed in many ways, useless solution, cannot bann players for doing afk because it’s actually not forbidden to do it

What do u guys think ? do u have more suggestions on how to improve it so everyone is happy  ?

15 Roasting are really nothing.
Tell me when your friend will sold out in 1 night at that price about 50 roasting.

EDIT:

I’ve already opened a Ticket.

AFK Necro aren’t playing the game, they afk 99% of the time and who is afk isn’t playing.
If a AFK Necro quit, 100 people will come to play.
Do you know how many people started and quitted the game when they reached Dina Bee because of them?
Do you know how many people quit the game because prices in Market are too high?
Do you remember when Token was 600k? Now is 3M and when where was the Big Bang of Necro, his price increase in a blink of an eye.
True says now we have more content, new maps and dun290 that we do money and soon the price will be increase, I can understand it, but not in a blink of an eye.

Oh, and I forgot this, the game is IMC property, so they do what they want.
They can change rules at any time and ban who have abused this.
Because yes, it still abuse.

LoL really?

The afk farmers have gone this low to defend their ways of exploiting mechanics?

First of all, afk farming being possible is an oversight on IMC’s part. And yes IMC is a major problem here as well for not prohibiting it or banning people but players exploiting this oversight are also big issues.

Pardoner, squire, alchemist, enchanters are designed to be able to open player shops. And they gain money from other players (not npc) by providing services to them. This is totally different from the akf necro farming on non city maps.

PyroThaumaLinker whatever can make silver sure. So can any other classes as long as you spend time playing them.

Lastly, legal or not is not the focus here. IMC is trying not to ban afk farmers for some unknown reason. They do try to discourage players from doing so, which already indicates that it’s not the gameplay design that IMC is going after. So saying Necro3 afk farming is the aspect of the game is wrong here.

Better ask IMC again for the legality since most if this points to the “root” w/c is IMC themselves.

If IMC wanted to “fix” afk farming all they need to do was to scale silver to monster HP

Its such an easy fix and they don’t do it
