Bug Description : Using Blood Curse (Featherfoot skill) on a Plague Doctor with Beak Mask on, does not apply demage.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Find Plague Doctor with Beak Mask skill - PD uses Beak Mask
- Find Featherfoot with Blood Curse skill - FF uses Blood Curse near PD with Beak Mask on.
- See the Beak Mask magic happening.

I can understand Beak Mask blocking the Blood Curse debuff but why the dmg it self? It actually blocked the entire effect of Blood Curse (no dmg done - no hp taken from ff). In GIF above PD using Beak Mask has the buff even when timer went to 0- he was knocked down by me with Earthquacke skill and it seems that he has to be on his feet to Beak Mask go off (not rly important here).
If its not a bug and all works as intended here - enlight me pls.
