It really makes no sense to me when players complain that the game is unplayable yet still play it. One can only be a masochist to continue doing something that is not fun at all. No one is pointing a gun at you for not playing the game.

so pls, no more fancy things, just focus on fixing bugs.
I’m afraid that is not a legit possibility either, not only that would put them way behind in patches compared to kToS, which will take longer for us to catch up later, but also wouldn’t help as we’ll keep getting bugs anyway on every update or major one, that being said, I have yet to see a single kMMO actually prioritizing that while totally ignoring updates and cash shop, not everyone is asking for the same thing, while you want the game to be fixed, some people are still looking for more costumes to purchase, waiting for R8 etc…
I don’t really understand what’s the full logic behind refusing to do this, but I can guarantee you its fair enough so that no company finds that as a solution, you can’t simply pause everything for bugs, its not as if all the IMC employees are bug fixers and they need to stop what they are doing to focus on bug fixing alone.

i dont play ktos, but, is ktos getting as many bug as we do? im genuinely curious.

I can confirm to you that any korean game gets similar bugs on every big update, and what happened yesterday (in term of maintenances & bugs) is natural for any MMO in KR.

Its not about attracting more sales or not, if you studied about ITIL or 6 Sigma or anything similar, you would understand that a company cannot halt everything for one purpose, even if its that important, and I’m pretty sure the people in charge of bug fixing are having enough hard time dealing with it, they can probably hire more for that matter, but that’s another thing.

Not everyone on IMC:
-Can fix bugs.
-Is supposed to be doing that at the first place.
Those who are in charge should be suffering enough, I would say as long as bugs get fixed I’m fine with it, because I know another kMMO who takes literally 3months to fix every SINGLE new bug that appear on every update (and believe me, its less playable than ToS).
I would say, if there’s anything to suggest, try to focus on the bots & trade-ablity matters more, fixing bugs is trivial enough for any company to focus on and they should be doing their best right now (Yes, fixing bugs is not an easy task, especially if you didn’t make the bug yourself [caused by updates and such]).

Well, yeah…should have lower expectations (and I would for every single kMMO), not saying they are doing everything perfectly or anything, but they are clearly having a hard time as much as the players.
But there’s still a lot to be said, people who encounter bugs damaging their virtual property should make threads to warn others and try to attract the attention of a staff member, because as we all know, or at least some of us, the customer support is like a call center, there’s a lot of people dealing with a lot of tickets and not all of them are competent or give every single ticket enough attention to understand the issue, and that probably goes for every single game out there, not even kMMOs alone (I’m talking about big companies having their CS contradict themselves, all you have to do is send 2 tickets to get 2 completely different answers).
Rather play a buggy ToS then no ToS… Polish? Meh, no care I’m not stupid enough to “sit in town for an hour pressing spacebar” I see idiocy that base I just think I’m reading about Cartman IRL. Mom bring my cheetos, Doritos and Mt. There is a difference between pointing out the errors of the game demand improvements, complain and to say that the game is unplayable while playin or be happy if the game is sinking. This last group is called “retarded”.
