Avoid equipping equipments that are theoretically higher level than your character. For example, if your character is at Rank 3, don’t equip items that have level requirements 120 and above. Stick to equipment you’ll use as a normal Rank 3 character, or risk it disappearing.

I equipped all of my gear and premium items immediately after Class Reset. Lost nothing.
Your Lv didn’t change…Only Rank lv that reset…
Took another look at my storage. Apparently it disappeared off to Personal Storage when I was equipping it while staring at the Archer master. Cased closed.
