stop justifying zoomy on battle arena. its bad and spoils the pvp gameplay. zoomy on pve is fine, but you should not defend it on pvp because it clearly breaks the way the devs designed the pvp scene.

i have watched a guild battle and i have to say. it looks fvcking stupid. they just rushed to the enemy tower because they already know where it is. sneaking without invi is non viable because you can see them with zoomy. again. zoomy in arena and guild battle is bad. dont defend it cause its bs.

yes. Mouse mode is buggy. Hard to aim on riding classes

While I agree it shouldn’t be allowed in Arena, I’m not sure why people keep calling it a hack. It changes the Config File, which, you can do yourself without using this “Add-on.” Zoomy is a wonderful Add-On that makes ToS slightly more playable. (Bugs aside) On a side note; there are more add-ons out there that do the same thing as Zoomy. So yes, Ban Zoomy and people will just use one of the other ones or change the file themselves.

just disable the add on when entering tbl.bet people saying that its fine blah blah didnt even entered arena lol.or just ban those add ons coz its been causing alot of problems lately.i never use add on or planning to use one coz im enjoying the game what it is…

The official statement was that all addons are allowed and that any addon they decide to ban will be announced in advance so that players have a grace period to stop using it without getting punished.

I don’t really see how it’s an unfair advantage at all. Everyone knows about addons, everyone knows about zoomy, and nothing is stopping anyone else from using it. Something can not be “unfair” when everyone can use it.

Anyway ktos players have been using it for months so don’t get your hopes up.

nice really, well there is banned addons and the oficial statement in TOS also say some things are banable. This is one, because it is a CHEAT.

And FALSE, not everyone can use it if it’s not in the damn game, always will be an advantage for some until you download it and install it. Doing a modification of the game for having that advantage over others.

They can’t add it to the list if they don’t know what is going on. And after they know, will be a delay until they take a decision if it’s allowed or not.

White knighting is fun isn’t it? Brah people change language pack all the time. Get over it LOL Even if zoomy is banned people will start changing the field of view this way as well.

And IMC can change the game files in a patch and making unable to edit that by yourself.

I agree with both @Awoooo & @Darkon, banning it will not end the issue at all, for those focused in PVP they only think how illegal and bad it is because spoils their game experience and all, which I can understand, but even if you don’t want to install any public addon people will still do their thing in public or private ways… Besides you’d be banning some people that don’t even like/care about PVP at all and use that addon only for taking SC and have fun. I myself just join PVP for daily 50 points -losing or winning- I don’t care at all! I just want to have some fun with this game.
Some of the contact lens are almost imperceptible without it too, I agree that IMC should either find a way to block zoom control during PVP or let everybody use it for the sake of the most competitive players, but I can’t agree with banning it.
