Battle Bracelet not dropping?

Bug Description :
I have been farming for battle bracelet for some time, and decided to check the market. Oddly, there isnt a single battle bracelet being sold. Is there an issue with the drop rate of the item now due to the recent patch? I have been farming it for some time and havent gotten the drop either.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Check the auction in other servers to see if this is true?

for the record it does drop… you just have really bad RNG

I know i have bad RNG =/. I would be happy if its just me having bad RNG.

But the issue is that its unlikely that the whole server has bad RNG too. Bots arent even selling it. Unless someone is buying all from market.
