Bug Description :
some unknown companion issue

I bought BB(battle bird) from TP shop and activate the package then the egg right away.
And later , I realized that my BB’s lvl is the same for a while.
I decided to go check on my lodge and so… this is what I found.
**In lodge , battle bird never shown on companion slot (tagged along slot also).
**In game , battle bird stays lvl 1 @ 0% exp.
**I tried many different ways to solve this.so here I am.
**I can’t swap Kabbalist to 2nd lodge.
**I tried to swap another companion to Kabbalist’s side , now I’ve lost (in game)battle bird and can’t bring it back.
some help please , devs
FYI : I never “delete” my own companion .
I bought 1 lodge space before I buy the package.
2nd lodge is empty

I do bought 1 space for BB :blush:

Problem Solved
1 swap every companions to Kabbalist then move them out.
2 Re-log.
3 now I can find BB in the 2nd lodge (how can BB get there since I never see BB in lodge before?? , there is no way that i can move him)

Move one of your characters to the second lodge, move the BB to the first lodge.

That’s not the problem , you can’t move what you can’t see .

Was because of this. Mine was stuck on 2nd lodge too until I did the same, swapping companion to a character that had the bugged mount. So it went to 2nd lodge. So I had to move a character there to move my companion to 1st lodge.

Happened with a compaion I bought using Cata’s voucher :v

yeah ,and the 2nd voucher from founder package seems bugged, not functional. :sleeping:
