Basic Attacks won't work on Saltistter Boss at Verkti Square

Bug Description: The Verkti Square Boss “Saltistter” won’t receive basic Wizard attacks and some Skills, i can’t tell for other classes cause i only killed this boss Twice with 2 Wiz classes.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Start the quest “White Lie” at Vektis Square
2. Try to attack the boss
3. fail

I recorded 2 times to make sure it’s not with just 1 char this and it’s not!

In the first video i was a Cryomancer Cicle 3 Linker 1, The skills Ice Bolt / Energy Bolt and the Basic attack wasn’t working, only the AoE Skill Ice Pike.

At the end of the video I showed that it is possible to attack the Second boss of the map Normally.

Here is a Wiz 3 Elementalist 2, Basic Attack won’t work again, only AoE skills.
