Bash: Knockdown - Bugged

Bash: Knockdown
Enemies hit by [Bash] are knocked down.

In PvE, my Bash Knockdown never fails unless the enemy is too large or heavy. It is never inconsistent, always 100% on enemies it should work against.

In PvP, Bash Knockdown can knock anyone down unless… they jump. For some reason, if an enemy jumps when they get hurt by Bash, they don’t get knocked down. Instead, they walk it off like nothing happened.

I have tested this out in PvE by letting the boss hit me with its Knockdown skill while I was in mid-air and I get flung backwards and bounce on the floor. I have even used Bash Knockdown on flying enemies like bats and such.

Is Bash: Knockdown supposed to be voided when an enemy jumps even though they got hit? Because the attribute literally says: Enemies hit by [Bash] are knocked down. Getting hit by Bash should be enough to knock any player down.

Bug? I don’t want to report this “bug” if it isn’t a bug.

It’s possible that it’s a visual glitch and they’re actually knocked down, but appear to continue moving around due to lag. Happens a lot whenever I duel anyone for fun. I know they’re knocked down, but it looks like they walk away (or sometimes slide away).
Haven’t really hit someone while they’re jumping or remember doing so.

This may or may not be the issue, so if not, sorry.
