so i played for 10 days as Archer and now i want to be a Scout. and i have this NPC helper. my main questions are how dose it work1) do i need to reset my attribute points before the change ? 2) will my job lvl be saved ? 3) my lvl and progres will be saved right?.

At the moment this option is impossible. Unless your character was made before the scout class becoming a new niche class.
In any case, if you have the option to change from archer to scout you can do that without any problem. Everything will be saved. Your attributes will be erased, so you’ll have to put them again on scout skills.
i have returned only now, so i still have 20 days NPC left. i can change base class but i was curius if i will lose something.
nothing will lose.its just a change to the base class, thats it.beside you can do it like 2 time iirc which mean you can undo it, or change to another class again
