Barbed Arrow and Crossfire Flecture Skill very very low speed in DG lv 190 [SEA] Telsiai

Today I’m into the dungeon lv 190.
I use the skill Barbed Arrow and Crossfire,But I feel that it spells out very slowly.
Slower when shooting monsters outside the dungeon, obviously.
But the skill Critical Shot and Barrage fine in normal speed.
As well as speed of skill Barbed Arrow and Crossfire in Mission 100 was generally well.

I think it just happens soon, after fix " Commander Load Fail " on yesterday.

PS. Attention
If use the skill but not hit on monster, skill speed just fine.
But on hit the monster skill speed very slowly almost 1 sec for 1 hit damage.
My ping test 0.1-0.2 sec it fine.

I feel the same with my fletcher, but, this is in all areas, i click the skill, but there is some delay between the click the skill and hit the skill on monster. Only happen with this fletcher skills. Ranger skills are OK to me. And my ping is OK too.

i also having the same problem for multi shot

if outside dungeon can use skills like normally

but in dungeon even tho the skills bar already max the level of skills is still 5

idk why tho

my multi shot are lvl 15
