[Barbarian] Stomping Kick damage

The damage of Barbarian’s [Stomping Kick] scales with 100% of the characters height? This means that if I have 6K of height, I will cause +6K extra damage? Can someone clarify this to me?

Not character’s height, but the jumping height at the moment you cast the skill.
FYI, there is no option to determine your character’s height.
