I also tested this out in-game, unfortunately, the skill has the same glitch posted on the video last April and it is still not fixed.

Its totally normal… imc didnt fixef that from the 1st cbt up to now

Then that’s not normal, a bug is a bug and it should be fixed.

Yea, quite sad - I rerolled and picked this skill yet it was bug - such a failure.
