No, the cleave debuff is added to the skill itself, there’s no attribute.
He was talking about Cleave debuff (50% bonus) + the Doppel c3 skill (which apparently gives +50% increases to slash skills) = 100%.
Although I think it’d be 1.5 * 1.5 = 2.25 since damage boosting effect like doppel c3 should be on T2 and the debuff on T3…could be wrong but eh.
Based on my tests with rodelero, the multiplier will end up 2. On a cloth enemy, this will also be 2.5 and not 3.
I asked about the attribute because he specifically said C2/C3 instead of just Barb Cleave, which is why I got curious ^o.o^

With the comming buffs there is actually no point going hl3 anymore, you’re better off going with barb3 and hl1 since highlanders pretty much stay the same while barbs will get tons of buffs in all of their skills.

oh my bad, was thinking of seism at that time loool hence barb2/3… But there’s still no info about what barb rank does cleave attribute+50% slash debuff becomes available
rank 1, it’s simply added to Cleave.
only issue I have with Skyliner is that they removed the 0 cd, and it works ■■■■ against boss that don’t bleed.
You make it sound like Bosses/Monsters won’t have increasing defense as the level limit becomes higher ^o.o^
