Frenzy is 0.025 per strength.
You need 40 points in Strength to see 1 point increase per stack.
Dex gives crit rate (damage), accuracy (technically damage) and evasion (defense).
It’s fine if you want Dex on your Barb.
What about future buff will it also scale in str ? …

Honestly do you guys use Frenzy at all ? Stacking on Normal Attacks I just never Use it… We are just so full of skill to use with poucing and Doppel C2 skills that I find no time to land 10 or 20 AA …
I am thinking of removing this from my skill set and put them in cleaves or even Giant Swing now that the range has been increased
