Yes, but they are the same automated answers as always, his forum account is new so he can not post anything in the forum
You don’t get an automated answer if you send them a private message.You only get those when you submit a ticket.So if he’s ban on the forum and he is using a brand new account then just make another one.If he’s banned in game then just message them privately because your not going get anything done here.

You’ll prolly soon get a STAFF answer here. Or send them a PM like Loztchild said.
Tickets aren’t actually automated but most of time seems it’s not the right place if you need something like GM/Staff review.

Titles are a lie…
there is always a reason, they just don’t tell what that reason is 
I saw 2 or 3 posts this week of people who were banned, the GM checked and saw that it was a mistake
I believe that this is the problem
