My account has only been restricted for some chargebacks issues, they locked my funds in steam therefore i am unable to buy games, but i am still able to play the games. If i am banned by valve for the chargeback issues and prevented from Valve when i can play other games with no issues that sounds abit ludicrous as i never even spent a single cent on tree of saviorā¦

As you can see from the text in the message, your game access has been restricted due to other reasons, not using abusive addons.
Please refer to the second change noted in āMain Changesā in our announcement and you can see that we have implemented measures to restrict access from accounts that have restrictive measures put in place by Valve.
If Valve removes their restrictions against your account, you will regain access to the servers.
So i should be writing a ticket to valve or imc?

Now now, donāt assume the worst. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Iām sure thereās a side we donāt know about. Maybe there are some refunding issues. I know I encountered some with Steam and Iām still waiting for money even though the ā14-Dayā Policy has passed.
