I’ve basically been banned after not playing since CBT (and even then, I’ve only got 7 hours played). After 2 tickets they told me I wasn’t actually banned, I just didn’t have a Team Name and wasn’t able to join a server to create one. They did create my Team Name, but only on NA server, and I am from SA, so that didn’t change the fact that I can’t play the game, as the high ping makes it impossible for me to play on Klaipeda, and I’d rather play on SA.
I’ve never logged in my account since CBT, and even though I got “unbanned” after the tickets, it only did so for NA.
I can provide ticket history/screenshots if needed as well.

It was a bit long ago due to that, blank names caused issue with database, I remember the issue has been fixed a while ago, I removed restrictions. try log in again.

Yes I can finally login. Is there a way to transfer the TP and returning player gift (Homecoming gift) from NA to SA as well? Haven’t used/reclaimed it in NA, it’s still in the message box.
