If you/the costumer is an abuser/cheater that only/almost only does damages the game in the long run, you’re welcome to quit at anytime, I really do not care and will never care.

Has anyone been banned by the bug? Has anyone reported the bug banned? Who was in the game that the bug was caused was banned? Does it really work to fix bugs as fast as possible? Does this company really warn you?

i would suggest lifting the ban penalty but impose -1500tbl point or remove 30mil silver or reduce 30day token duration
the last we need is to restrict player from logging into the game

No, this is pretty much you did your wrongdoings, someone saw and sent in a recording from trusted surveillance camera reporting you to the police. Police caught you for something but the attendant tried to answer politely and you want to sue him for not having the correct/complete information about a correct punishment which other person was responsible but didn’t completely fill the form.
