You flagged a post made by Max and got PM responses from Yuri then Letitia goes and starts banning people…? All over a change made from a patch which is questionably bugged? I’m still seriously trying to figure out if this is pretty much how it went down.
They posted about being blocked 2 days ago so when did you actually get blocked then?

I have already tried to send ticket to the support (explaining what caused the bug “not getting damage”), but they always return me with the same message.
A curious fact is that there seem to be 2 different support teams:
I sent another ticket to the support response that said I could use the skill snowrolling in tbl / gvg. I reported that the enemy character hit by the skill could not do damage.
They asked me to send a video, and then I got the following answer

- vaca n xmarl serve the full duration of ban and able to log into game
- imc finally fixed the cyro/outside-arena-ring bug before vaca n xmarl completed their ban terms
