Here, their system took 15 minutes to automaticaly prevent my acc from posting and 30 minutes to ban it, while my tickets are more than 2 weeks old, including my PMs from problems that PREVENTED ME FROM PLAYING THEIR GAME!
My impression is that being polite, offering help and being proactive WON’T help them, since they CAN’T manage their own issues.
Now I am off to try to get my game acc banned before their try my transfer or unstucking my characters.
