Since my others tickets were almost immediatly responded, instead of waiting an e-mail from you, guys, I’m trying to reach you from here again.
I discovered something that you probably already know. Some players were using a Multiclient Cheat and BOT. You guys solved that banning these players using their IP address. Guess what, guys? These cheaters were using Proxy too. Thanks to this solution of yours, every player that was using the same proxy as them are now blocked. I sent an e-mail this morning. I’m waiting for an answer and you guys said nothing. Please, be compreesive, be kind, I’m as desperate as every player that spent a lot of money to play this game and is being unjustfied blocked from do this. We did nothing wrong. Please, check our logs. Check those bots logs. Check what I’m saying right know. It’s a common problem on others MMORPG’s.
If possible, may you respond my ticket and if we are going to retrieve our accounts. There a lot of players here desperates. Please, give us some peace.

I knew the problem was with proxy tunneling sevices, just didn’t know it actually worked the way you described. Good to have some clarification on the matter, thanks for that.
Hope we can all get back in game ASAP with some sort of compensation.
